In the coming weeks and months this blog will take full shape. On this blog, I, along with select other qualified parties, will be discussing the Boston Red Sox, Colorado Rockies, baseball in general, and the wonderful wide world of politics.
So who am I? Well, that's an interesting question. Born in Lowell, MA, before it was the Crack Capital of the United States, I moved to Shrewsbury, MA upon my eighth birthday. There my family has lived since. We are a family of Orthodox Christians. I was raised to love all things New England, and in particular their sports. I attended Boston University, home to the immortal Jack Parker. I have lived in Denver for the past year with my gorgeous fiancee Summer, and have just completed my MBA in Sports Management at the University of Denver. I work now for the Colorado Rockies, and while I have grown to love all that is Rockie baseball, my heart will always be with the Olde Towne Team, MLB's 2004 World Series Champions! Lastly, in addition to my duties with the Rockies, I am the Marketing Intern for Baseball Prospectus, which publishes the best analysis of baseball on the web or in print.
